Established in Kansas City, Missouri in 2025 by founder Andrea Cuaron after years of working closely with nonprofits that were doing meaningful work without the financial support they deserved. Time and again, organizations were expected to operate with discipline and transparency while navigating limited resources, staff turnover, and complex funding requirements. Polished grew out of that gap. The work began with rolling up sleeves, rebuilding records, creating systems where none existed, and helping nonprofit leaders understand their finances in a way that felt steady rather than overwhelming. At its core, Polished exists to help nonprofits build financial independence while knowing they are not alone. We believe strong missions are sustained by thoughtful stewardship, reliable systems, and a partner who understands both the responsibility and the heart behind the work.
